Somai
~ ingredients
a. Somai skin ½ kg
b. Carrot 6 pieces
c. Prei leaves 4 stalks
d. Celery leaves 4 stalks
e. Kanji flour ½kg
f. Wheat flour ¼ kg
g. Salt
h. Micin
I. Masako 1 Sachet
~ Steps
1. Worthouse washing, prei leaves and celery leaves then peeled carrots
2. Resigned 6 carrots into a container 3. Cut small-small prei leaves and celery leaves
4. Mix all ingredients and give salt and micin to taste
5. Pour boiling water into the dough
6. Then stir until the mixture becomes thick and not dilute
7. Put the mixture onto the Somay using a spoon (half tablespoon)

10. Steam Somay for about 15 minutes
11. After somay is cooked drain to the plate to serve
12. Add tomato sauce to add taste from somay
